Q. My dad is fiercely independent but now needs daily injections at home. Do you have qualified nursing staff who are trained to inject medicines that could visit daily?

A. Yes. This type of care is one of the types services we regularly provide. We have NHS trained nursing staff available to regularly visit your dad at home.

Q. Hi. I care for my dad who has dementia, but as it gets progressively worse, I'm feeling less able to provide him with the level of care he needs. Are you able to provide a 'top-up' service in conjunction with me?

A. Our carers are used to looking after dementia patients. We can work on a care plan with you to best ascertain your needs.

Q. Hello. Are you able to provide short term care for my mum who is coming out of hospital in two weeks and will have restricted mobility for a while?

A. Yes. We can put together a tailored care plan to last until your mum is sufficiently mobile to look after herself. We can also provide a subsequent, reduced level of care should it be required.

Q. My family and I look after mum at home, but we are planning a holiday in the UK and I'd like to have the services of a carer to share mum's care so we can take the opportunity to relax a bit more. Do your staff ever holiday with clients?

A. We have provided holiday respite care before and can provide an experienced carer to accompany you and allow YOU to enjoy your holiday whilst mum is looked after. 

Q. When will service be provided? Is care available round-the-clock, if necessary?

A. 24/7 Shift based cover is available and a tailored service plan will be create to best meet your needs.

Q. Is Phoenix Care certified to meet Government requirements for health and safety?

A. Phoenix Care are pleased to have received an overall ‘Good’ rating from the UK Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Q. What type of employee screening is undertaken? Can Phoenix Care provide references?

A. All carers have a DBS check and all relevant qualifications are verified at the time of engagement.
