Rewarding Long Service
We are pleased to announce our five and ten year service awards.
Having staff remain loyal to us for this period of time offers our clients continuity which is of course very important for any clients with reduced mental capacity or diagnosed with dementia. It also avoids potential issues of client ‘trust’ as this is always earned and is not a given.
Recognising long service also offers prospective staff confidence when we are recruiting.
We tend to get better quality enquiries from potential staff who are looking for a long-term relationship with a caring company and continuity of service with an established organisation.
